Response to Copyright Infringement Notices

Upon receipt of a compliant notice of alleged infringement, AIFreeBox.com will take appropriate action as required by the DMCA, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material expeditiously. We will also notify the user who posted the material, if identifiable and if contact information is available, about the removal or disabling of access.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on AIFreeBox.com was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you may send a counter-notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

If a counter-notice is received by the Copyright Agent, AIFreeBox.com may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at AIFreeBox.com's sole discretion.

Please note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
